Upcoming Workshop (London)

Embracing Your Potential through
Creative Dream Work

June 26 (Sat), 2010  12 noon - 5pm
Central London
Cost: 40 GBP (30 GBP if pre-paid/ students/low income)

Dreams are gifts we receive every night from a source that is beyond our everyday consciousness. They are abundant in information and guidance that would help enrich our lives. Most of all, they show us our hidden potential –- the parts of us that know how to live more fluidly and powerfully. So why not learn how to unwrap these gifts and make them part of our lives?

In this workshop, you will;

  • learn the basics of a creative dream work method using images, art-making, enactment, story telling, meditation and more.
  • take home with you a map/protocol and short exercises that would help you identify and extract important information from your dreams.
  • practice expanding yourself and access the power you haven’t realized you had through dream work.
  • learn about helpful attitudes and states of consciousness for stepping into the dream worlds.
  • learn how to receive answers to your questions, deal with challenging situations, and facilitate your personal, professional and spiritual growth through dreams.
  • learn how to apply the creative dream work method to the experiences in your waking life.

Start writing down your dreams and bring them to the workshop. If you have hard time remembering dreams, not to worry! Just start jotting down notable events from your daily lives (synchronicities, day dreams and fantasies, things or people that really catch your attention, etc..). The above method can also be applied to these experiences.

The workshop will be facilitated by an experienced psychotherapist who is trained in dream work in Process-oriented Psychology. The learning will take place in relaxed and friendly atmosphere. No prior experience in dream work is necessary. Every dream explorer is welcome!
